If you receive an order back and the customer didn´t pick it up, you can charge an NPU fee. If you want to charge a NPU fee you need to mark the product / products in the order. You will then see a few options available to you, use the option that says “Charge NPU fee”. When you press this the system will automatically refund the order minus the cost for the NPU fee. This fee is automatically set at 150 kr.
When you have charged this, you will not see a change directly but if you refresh the page or go to another order and then back again you will see that an NPU fee has been charged for the order. Note that you should NOT mark the order as returned after this, the whole order will be refunded if you do this.
To be able to charge an NPU fee for an order, you must fulfill these criteria’s below:
- Only one NPU fee per order
- The total cost for the order must be over 150 kr, this excludes freight.
- The order must have a registered tracking number in Connect.
- The order can´t be shared with other sellers.
