If you, as a merchant, upload a prohibited product or advertisement, fees as below per each individual item uploaded may be issued. You as a merchant can also be temporarily or permanently suspended, depending on how serious the violation is. We make a separate assessment in each individual case.
Charges will be issued as below:
- Recalled products from authorities: SEK 3,000
Products that one or more authorities have recalled. - Dangerous products: SEK 3,000
Products that are not safe, reliable and dangerous. - Chemical Products: SEK 3,000
Products that contain or are produced from materials that consist of excessively high levels of substances that do not meet the test requirements prevailing on the market and that have a negative impact on health and the environment. - Offensive and offensive Product ads: SEK 3,000
Product ads that use language or symbols that promote, glorify, or support hatred or violence against a group of people based on race, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation - Counterfeit articles (Fake articles/Copies): SEK 5,000
Counterfeit goods are goods that have been manufactured with the aim of imitating well-known products in order to mislead consumers. Trademark counterfeiting is prohibited by law in all countries. - Stolen product information and/or pictures: SEK 3,000
- Scraping: SEK 10,000 and/or termination of account
All automatic data collection from any of the CDON-sites (cdon.se, cdon.dk, cdon.fi, cdon.no) is forbidden, including scraping and crawling, for the purpose of using the data to upload it again on the site (s).
