Steps for onboarding on CDON (From application to first upload):
- Apply to sell on CDON by using the application form (if a CDON New Sales rep. have contacted you - you may skip this step).

If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to the Merchant registration form. Complete the form with the following details:
- Company information
- Customer Service information
- Company address
- Return address
- Company signatory information
- Bank/payment details
- Company registration certificate
- VAT certificate
- Agree to Terms & Conditions
- ID (passport or other identification)
- Within a couple of weeks after submitting the registration form, you will receive a CDON welcome email containing:
- Login information to CDON Connect
- DAC7 mandatory form
- Product compliance information
- You will also receive an email with customer service details, including:
- Login information to Reclaimit (CDON's Customer Service platform)
- Reclaimit rules and training material
- Start to upload products and sell on CDON!
