Merchants are responsible for providing proof of eligibility to sell any of the following:
- Audiobooks or e-books
- Game consoles with pre-installed games (Nintendo, Super nintendo, Game boy)
- Recordings of concerts or live performances
- Movies and TV series on DVD, Blu-ray or laserdisc
- CD’s and vinyl records
- Video games
- Software
