You will be invoiced every 3rd month for your monthly subscription fee.
If you have closed your account you may still be invoiced due to a remaining balance.

Risk of negative balance
If you as a merchant in any way, fails substantially in the handling of product orders placed, that CDON suspects fraud, unethical conduct, or similar by or on behalf of the Merchant or any individual or company with ties to the Merchant, or reaches a high percentage of errands or if the sales decline to the extent that there is a risk that your merchant account generates a negative balance (a debt to CDON), CDON has the right to pause all outstanding payments until the risk is is considered to be much lower or eliminated.
