Make sure that you have filled in the correct bank accounts in CDON Connect, If everything is correct it could be the following reasons that your payments have not been received:
- Orders are still pending in CDON Connect.
- You have violated the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- You haven’t filled in the form for DAC7 in CDON Connect, you do this by going into Settings => DAC7 Form in CDON Connect.
Reminder: From February 9th and forward, there will be a 14-day delay backwards in time from when you received the Settlement Report.
