What do I need to do to receive my payment?

To be able to receive a payment from us you must have had sales and that you have filled in your bank account details.

Payments can be paused temporarily (to cover all possible costs) if you for example do not follow the SLA (Service Level Agreement) or in any way breaches the General Terms and Conditions.

As a standard, we make two payments to merchants each month. 

The first payment only occurs if your sales since the last payment amount to 3000 SEK/NOK/DKK, or 300 EUR, or more.

The second payment occurs regardless of the amount of your sales since the last payment. 

Please note that CDON may also delay payment for one payment period if the delivery time is 11 days or more.
