Requirements for Receiving Payments
To receive payments from CDON, you must have completed sales and provided valid bank account details.
Payment Frequency
CDON makes two payments to merchants each month.
- First payment: Only occurs if your sales since the previous payment amount to at least 3,000 SEK/NOK/DKK or 300 EUR.
- Second payment: Occurs regardless of the amount of your sales since the previous payment.
Delayed or Withheld Payments
CDON may delay payments for one payment period depending on the delivery time.
Payments may also be temporarily withheld if you fail to comply with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) or CDON's General Terms and Conditions.
