Want to sell on CDON? Start by submitting a merchant application. If your application is approved, we will invite you to complete your company registration.
Apply for a merchant account in the form here!
Before you apply
To apply, your business must:
- Be based and registered in the EU.
- Ship products from a warehouse within the EU.
- Have an established, verifiable online presence.
- Use an email address connected to your company’s domain.
- Offer an assortment that fits CDON’s positioning and meets our product requirements.
- Have no existing CDON merchant account, unless we have approved an additional account for your company.
All merchants must comply with applicable consumer protection laws and product requirements in each market where they sell. CDON may request supporting documentation to verify product authenticity and compliance with applicable safety, environmental and health requirements.
We assess each application as a whole. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval.
1. Submit your application
Complete the application form with accurate company information and links to your webshop or other marketplace stores. These help us assess your business and assortment.
If you are applying through a partner or a CDON contact, follow the application instructions they provide.
2. Receive your application decision
We will email you once your application has been reviewed.
If your application is approved, the email will contain a link to the registration form. Application approval means you can proceed with registration; your merchant account has not yet been created.
3. Complete your registration
The registration form asks for your company together with supporting documents.
Prepare the following:
- Company registration certificate.
- VAT documentation.
- Identification and a selfie holding the ID for the company signatory.
- Bank documentation showing the account details you provide.
Follow the form’s instructions for the documents required for your company and selected markets. You will also need to accept the CDON General Terms and Conditions.
Check that company names, registration numbers and bank details are consistent across the form and your documents. Your bank account must support the payout currency for each market where you intend to sell.
4. Registration review and account creation
We check your registration and supporting documents before creating your account. If anything is missing or needs clarification, we will contact you by email.
Account creation normally takes up to 14 business days. Missing information may delay the process.
Once your account is ready, you will receive:
- A welcome email with your Merchant Center login details and next steps.
- A separate email with access to Reclaimit, where you handle customer service cases.
Continue with Get started on CDON once you receive your welcome email.
