Received your welcome email? Follow this checklist to complete your account setup and prepare for your first orders.
If you have not yet applied, start with Apply to sell on CDON.
1. Log in to Merchant Center
Use the login details in your welcome email to access Merchant Center.
Merchant Center is where you can manage your products and orders, view performance, and access invoices and settlement reports. If you use an integration partner, some tasks are managed through that integration.
Keep your login details and API credentials secure.
2. Complete your organization settings
In Merchant Center, open Organization settings and complete all three tabs:
- Contact information: Check that your company and contact details are correct.
- Bank details: Enter bank details for each market, even if you already provided them during registration. They must match your approved bank documentation, and the account must accept the relevant payout currency. Payouts cannot be processed until your bank details are approved.
-
DAC7: Complete all required fields in the DAC7 form.
3. Prepare and upload your products
Choose your upload method: CSV import, an integration partner or your own API integration.
Before uploading, check that:
- Your products comply with CDON’s requirements and the rules in each market where you sell.
- Titles, descriptions and images accurately represent the product.
- Prices, currencies, stock levels and delivery times are correct for each market.
Read the Product Detail Page Guidelines, Product Image Guidelines and Forbidden Products before uploading.
Products can go live once the required information is in place and applicable publication requirements are met. Uploading a product does not guarantee that it will be published.
Please upload your first products within one month. Accounts without products after this period may be deactivated.
4. Set up your customer service access
Your Reclaimit login details arrive in a separate email. Reclaimit is where you handle customer questions, complaints and returns.
Log in as soon as you receive your credentials and make sure the person responsible for customer service can access the account and monitor incoming cases.
Before handling your first case, review the Reclaimit status guide and the escalation and refund rules.
If you have not received your login details, contact Merchant Support.
5. Be ready for your first order
Before your products go live, make sure your team knows how to:
- Receive and monitor incoming orders.
- Keep stock levels accurate.
- Ship orders and register fulfilment correctly.
- Provide carrier and tracking information in line with CDON’s requirements.
- Handle customer service cases within the required response times.
Read Order Handling & Fulfillment and the Delivery Policy for instructions and deadlines.
Understand your costs and responsibilities
Before you start selling, review:
- Costs, commission and service fees.
- Finance information, including payouts.
- Regulations & Quality, including requirements relevant to your products and markets.
