How do I close my account at CDON?
To be able to close your account, you must have paid all of your invoices from CDON, filled in the DAC7 form in CDON Connect, and not have any open tickets with your customers.
Don't forget to log in to CDON Connect and save all of your financial records (Settlement & Payment report)
All the above must be checked before we can close your account.
When all of the above is set, please contact seller@cdon.com and we will help you further.
Please note that you are still responsible for any customer tickets (missing, regrets, complaints) even if the account is closed. CDON has the right to refund the customer at your expense if a reply is not done or within the SLA.
According to the Consumer Sales Act (Swe: Konsumentköplagen), valid 3 years after the purchase date, the Burden of Proof is on the seller for the first two years after a purchase. This means that, unless you can definitely prove that the customer caused an issue, the Complaint must be approved. You as a merchant maintain the right to either repair or replace the item, or refund the customer in full.
