The core of this policy is driven by the desire for the best possible customer delivery experience. To ensure this, the approved list functions as a white list of carriers. This white list is composed exclusively of transport partners who have a proven track record of excellent customer delivery service across the Nordics.
Carrier and Tracking ID requirements
- Providing carrier name and tracking ID is mandatory when fulfilling order rows.
For shipments with an order row value below 300 SEK/NOK/DKK or 30 EUR, providing carrier and tracking information is optional. However, sharing tracking details whenever possible is encouraged, as it improves shipment visibility and customer communication.
