The CDON Merchant Support AI Chatbot (“AI Bot”) is designed to assist CDON merchants by providing instant support for general questions. The AI Bot uses information from CDON’s Help Center and other publicly available CDON resources to generate its responses.

The AI Bot uses artificial intelligence to provide answers automatically.

Information provided by the AI Bot is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or contractual advice.
CDON does not accept liability for any actions taken based on the AI Bot’s responses.
Official Policies and Agreements
Merchants are responsible for ensuring compliance with the CDON Merchant Agreement and all applicable CDON policies.
If there is any uncertainty or discrepancy between the AI Bot’s response and official documentation, the Merchant Agreement and CDON’s official policies shall prevail.

Data Use and Privacy
Conversations with the AI Bot may be logged and reviewed for training and quality assurance purposes. No confidential merchant data is used to train the AI model.
Updates to These Terms
CDON may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to improve the service or reflect changes in policy. Continued use of the AI Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
