1. For Merchants Using Their Own Integration (API)
You can now begin integrating directly with CDON's live production environment. For those who prefer to validate their setup beforehand, a dedicated Sandbox Environment is also available for testing.
Next Steps & Key Information:
-

Integrate Directly into Production
Ready to go live? Follow the documentation above and start the integration process. -
Test in the Sandbox First (Recommended)
If you'd like to test your integration, our sandbox allows you to create articles, perform order operations (create, fulfill, cancel), and validate your authentication without affecting the live storefront.- Request Sandbox Credentials → Contact seller@cdon.com
- Note on Testing → There is a limit of 100 articles per account in the Sandbox. Once your tests are complete, you can proceed to the production environment.
2. For Merchants Handling Product Import Manually
Good news! Your primary tool for managing sales and operations on the new platform is now available.
As a manual import merchant, all your active articles have already been synced to the new CDON Merchant Center. You can simply log in here and start working there now!
- The CDON Merchant Center will be your primary, and only, tool for managing your articles and orders on the new platform.
- You will find your Username and Password in CDON Connect under Settings.
A Note on Offline Articles in Legacy:
If you had articles set to Offline in the old Legacy system (CDON Connect), please note that these articles were not automatically transferred to the new Merchant Center.
If you want these articles to appear, you will need to do one of the following:
- Recreate the articles directly in the new Merchant Center, OR
- Set them to Online in the Legacy system. This will trigger our sync service to transfer them to the new platform.
