CDON has transitioned entirely to a new, high-performance marketplace platform. The legacy system (CDON Connect) and its associated API will be closed in Q1 2026. All merchant activities including article uploads, article updates, and order management must be conducted through the new API and backoffice.

Critical Changes to Order Handling
To improve customer experience and system reliability, don’t forget the following rules:
- 7-Day Expiry: Orders not handled within 7 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
- No Partial Fulfillments: Via the API, you must fulfill the total quantity of an orderrow. Partial shipping of an order row item is not supported.
- No Post-Fulfillment Edits: Once an order is marked as fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or modified (e.g., delivery time updates).
- Digital Products: Support for digital-only products has been discontinued in the new API.
The New Refund Process (Reclaimit)
Refunds are no longer triggered within the Merchant Center backoffice. To issue a refund, you must use Reclaimit. The status you select in Reclaimit will automatically trigger the potential refund:
