Is there anything specific I need to do to be able to sell to all the Nordic countries?
CDON is operating in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway which means you can reach customers in all over the Nordics!
Sweden, Denmark, Finland
If your company is registered in the EU, you can apply for an OSS-registration (One Stop Shop) for your company through your local tax office. For example, if you are a Swedish registered company, you can start selling to Denmark & Finland through your OSS registration. Contact your local tax office for further information.
Norway
To get started in Norway you will have to contact Skatteetaten (Tax office Norway) and apply for either an MVA registration or a VOEC registration. If you are selling products below 3000 NOK a VOEC registration or MVA registration is both optional. If you plan to sell products with a value of over 3000 NOK you should register for an MVA registration. Please contact Skatteetaten for further discussion regarding what’s best for you. You will also have to make sure what’s expected from you when it comes to sending goods as Norway is not a part of the European Union. Contact Skattetaaten and the transporter you plan to use for guidance.
