1. Commission rates (variable fee) on sales

The commission (excl. VAT), calculated from gross product sales price (incl. VAT) for product categories, in accordance with the following:

These commissions apply to all markets (SE, NO, FI, DK).

2. Service fee (fixed fee) on sales

The service fee (excluding VAT) is a fixed fee for products sales in accordance with the following:

All categories, SE	20 SEK service fee for each quantity of product sold.
All categories, NO	20 NOK service fee for each quantity of product sold.
All categories, DK	15 DKK service fee for each quantity of product sold.
All categories, FI	2 EUR service fee for each quantity of product sold.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1 Any other agreed commission structure agreement, such as addendum and/or Adherence agreement prevails this sub-appendix.

4. Monthly Fee
299 SEK (€29)/month
Every quarter CDON will invoice you the monthly fee (for three months at a time).
